My lip balms are handmade with carefully-selected herbs and essential oils in a base of olive oil, beeswax, and vitamin E oil. I use only all-natural ingredients. Each tin contains one ounce of lip balm.

Nettle, dandelion and raspberry leaves are all known and valued for their cleansing and tonic abilities. They’re also highly nutritious and rather tasty in combination — I highly recommend adding a bit of honey as well.

Each jar contains over a cup of loose tea, suitable for making more than fifty cups of tea, and a muslin bag to hold your tea while it steeps. You can also use a tea ball or tea strainer.

Ingredients: Dandelion, raspberry, and nettle leaves.

A blend of chamomile, peppermint and fennel seed — all known for their beneficial effects on the digestive system — makes my Happy Belly Tea both tasty and effective. I drink it even when my belly isn’t upset, it tastes so good!

A calming blend with a lovely scent and flavour, Ease Your Nerves Tea combines chamomile, borage, lemon balm, lavender and roses — all herbs known for their calming properties.

Ingredients: Chamomile, borage, lemon balm, lavender, roses.

I harvest the mullein myself and steep it in apple cider vinegar for a couple of months before filtering it and bottling it up. And that’s all that’s in it — mullein leaf and apple cider vinegar.

I recommend drinking about an ounce a week, unless you’re fighting off a cough; then perhaps an ounce a day. That’s about a shot glass full. It’s got a strong flavour but you’ll feel it going to work right away!

Each bottle holds twelve ounces — three month’s worth of tincture.

My Body and Shower Wash is made from rich, nourishing coconut oil and sunflower oil — proven to help retain moisture in the skin, and also shown to create a protective barrier against infection.

I’ve added no scent — for extra-sensitive skin, and for those of you who just don’t like a strong scent to your body wash. The soap has a gentle, pleasant scent of its own.

I add in the moisturizing power of shea butter, apricot kernel oil, thick, rich castor oil, and grapeseed oil for this cleansing, luxurious body scrub. Just grab a handful in the shower or bath and treat yourself to gentle exfoliation on feet, knees and elbows — or go all out and use it all over!

I make all of my products by hand, and use only essential oils and other natural ingredients. Contains 10.5 ounces of Gin & Limey Body Scrub.

Ingredients: Dememara sugar, dead sea salt, grapeseed oil, shea butter, castor oil, apricot kernel oil, vitamin e oil, juniper essential oil, lime essential oil.
