Like all of my products, my bath salts use only natural ingredients. A specialty blend of epsom salts, sea salts, borax, and kaolin clay form the base, and I add only essential oils for the aroma.

Epsom salts are an old familiar remedy for aches and pains — my mother used to soak her feet in them after a long day teaching. Sea salts draw toxins from the skin and add gentle exfoliation.

Just like when it’s added to your laundry, the borax lifts excess oils and soap residue, leaving your skin soft and clean. Kaolin clay exfoliates and helps stimulate circulation, but is mild enough for use on the most sensitive skin. I also add Vitamin E oil for its beneficial effect.

Each bottle contains nine ounces of bath salts and, like all of my products, is entirely handmade.

A base of grapeseed oil with black pepper, eucalyptus, rosemary and lemon essential oils — to which I’ve added a generous dollop of menthol crystals and arnica oil. It’ll clear your sinuses too!

It’s all in a base of skin-soothing, moisturizing grapeseed oil, with vitamin E oil as a natural preservative. I make all of my products by hand, using only natural ingredients. Each bottle contains twelve ounces of liniment. NOT TO BE USED INTERNALLY.

Ingredients: Grapeseed oil, eucalyptus essential oil, lemon essential oil, arnica oil, black pepper essential oil, rosemary essential oil, menthol crystals, vitamin e oil.

First I infuse calendula flowers into moisturizing grapeseed oil — both wonderful for dry, itchy skin. Vitamin E oil helps preserve your skin’s elasticity and so does vetiver essential oil. Lavender and tangerine essential oils do the same and also help you relax — pregnancy is stressful!

Each bottle contains twelve ounces of Pregnant Momma Belly Rub. As with all of my products, I make each batch by hand, from only essential oils and other natural ingredients.

Ingredients: Grapeseed oil, calendula petals, tangerine essential oil, lavender essential oil, vetiver essential oil, vitamin e oil.
