Like all of my products, my bath salts use only natural ingredients. A specialty blend of epsom salts, sea salts, borax, and kaolin clay form the base, and I add only essential oils for the aroma.

Epsom salts are an old familiar remedy for aches and pains — my mother used to soak her feet in them after a long day teaching. Sea salts draw toxins from the skin and add gentle exfoliation.

Just like when it’s added to your laundry, the borax lifts excess oils and soap residue, leaving your skin soft and clean. Kaolin clay exfoliates and helps stimulate circulation, but is mild enough for use on the most sensitive skin. I also add Vitamin E oil for its beneficial effect.

Each bottle contains nine ounces of bath salts and, like all of my products, is entirely handmade.
