Whether you’ve been fighting to win a tournament versus armed opponents, or fighting to get your best friend’s couch into her third-floor walkup, at the end of the day, you’re going to want a bottle of this.

Formulated as a complement to my Long Day Working Bath Salts, this muscle and bruise rub has some of the same ingredients, including rosemary and clove essential oils. I’ve added a number of other ingredients as well.

Arnica oil is a classic for bruises and aching muscles, and one that I couldn’t put into the bath salts. Black pepper oil works in a similar manner. To that I’ve added ginger, marjoram and fennel seed essential oils.

It’s all in a base of skin-soothing, moisturizing grapeseed oil, with vitamin E oil as a natural preservative. I make all of my products by hand, using only natural ingredients. Each bottle contains two ounces of massage oil. NOT TO BE USED INTERNALLY.

Ingredients: Grapeseed oil, marjoram essential oil, ginger essential oil, clove essential oil, fennel seed essential oil, arnica oil, black pepper essential oil, rosemary essential oil, vitamin e oil.
