Second in my series of Japanese-inspired soaps, this one combines the sweet tartness of pomegranate with the caramel-licorice scent and gentle scrubbiness of black sugar.

You don’t need me to preach the virtues of handmade soap — you already know. And as always my soaps are made from only the best natural ingredients.

Each bar averages five ounces.

Ingredients: Saponified oils of coconut, palm, castor and safflower; glycerine, water, goats milk, honey, berry extract, glycine soya protein, titanium dioxide, natural pomegranate flavouring, black sugar.
